INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN RENOVATION STAGES

Homepage > INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN RENOVATION STAGES

How is interior design created?
First of all, contrary to popular belief, an Interior Architect should not be involved in a project at the last moment. Interior architectural design and project planning should be ready at the stage of rough construction in a place that is made from scratch. In the interior architect design project, there are details such as electrical installations, water installations, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, which actually appear as rough construction, but have a one-to-one connection with the interior. Before starting this building, the interior design project should also be ready. Where will the air-conditioning installation be drawn, how will the toilet bowl placement in the bathroom design of the space be, how will the sink placement be, and how will the electrical sockets and lighting installation be? The Interior Architecture project must also be ready in order to determine these and to install the installation without any problems during the rough construction.

Projecting phase.

Before a space is designed, its detailed dimensioning is done. Afterwards, the taste of the customer is combined with the design ideas of the Interior Architect and a job is created that will please everyone. After the measurements are taken, a plan-sketch is drawn and a 3D Project is prepared in order to show how the most important and beautiful space for the customer will look when it is finished. During the projecting phase, plan projects such as floor plan, suspended ceiling plan, water and electrical installation plan, furniture layout plan, lighting plan are prepared and combined with the 3D project and presented to the customer.

Renovation phase.

When all the projects are ready and the rough construction of the building is finished, the interior design, which is the most enjoyable and beautiful, is started. The application is carried out in accordance with the project designed and drawn in areas such as hotels, villas, apartments, pharmacies, dental clinics, cafes, restaurants.

One of the important issues to be considered during the implementation phase is the job sequencing. Then going back, breaking the work done, drilling etc. It is a situation that makes the customer who prolongs the unpleasant work unhappy. Therefore, it is necessary to make the right business plan when starting work. In this regard, cooperation should be made with interior architects.
